1. In submitting an entry to this competition, you agree to the following:

2. The ‘YouTube if you want to' video competition is collecting user-generated content as part of a broader campaign. Entries to the competition should be submitted to the http://voteforachange.co.uk/filmcompetition. Ten entries of those submitted will then be selected on the aforementioned criteria and posted on the Vote for a Change Youtube channel. Vote for a Change reserves full control over the selection process and in Vote for a Change's absolute discretion any decision taken will be final.

3. The user acknowledges that by providing him/her with the ability to view and distribute user-generated-content through this site Vote for a Change is not undertaking any responsibility relating to the content or the users' activities.

4. Accordingly, Vote for a Change does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, completeness, non-infringement or quality of any content.

5. Competition entrants grant to us a non-exclusive worldwide, right to use, or allow third parties to use, any material you have provided to us in connection with the Competition including photos, artwork, videos and images in any manner we choose on any media.

6. You still own your material and may use it as you wish but we have the right to use it for example byshowing your Material to the general public through various campaign media at our discretion, for example facebook, youtube.

7. In submitting to this competition, you agree that you have the right to use any material used and the content submitted is entirely your own. You remain wholly responsible for the content of your video.
